Return Policy – SOGO AYURVEDA

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (personalized/special orders)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without any justification. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
